The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), a division of the USDA, provides technical expertise and cost-share funding to help farmers protect soil, improve water quality, and strengthen long-term land stewardship. Through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), eligible producers can receive financial assistance for conservation improvements, including high tunnel greenhouse systems.
